Our Craft
Unlike mass-produced chocolates, often laden with less than 20% cacao, artificial additives, harmful fats, and excessive sugar, MODELLO chocolates stand apart. We use only pure cocoa and cocoa butter, offering varying levels of sugar to suit your taste. Each batch is handcrafted in small quantities—just 30 kg at a time—ensuring the highest quality in every bite.

The secret to exceptional chocolate lies in its origins. Our cocoa beans are sourced locally from a single farm in Karnataka, enabling us to maintain direct relationships with the farmers.
